It seems hard to realize that RVUSA is ten years old now. I have been very pleased to watch the progress and growth of the site over the last 5 years. The website has not only grown in the number of customers, but also in overall content and quality. The look of the site is very professional and represents our RV industry well.
Your statistical reporting is great! I can get daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports. I have found that RVUSA is by far the highest referral site in my statistics (the places showing how my customers found me on the web). We get a steady stream of e-mail leads from RVUSA referrals. Also, many people show up on our lot with a copy of the unit they are interested in and they tell us that they found us on RVUSA. Right now, about 15%-20% of our sales are directly related to the internet.
Our website has been redesigned by RVUSA twice during the last four years. It is about time for another rebuild. However, I find that the design, flow of information, and overall look are excellent. My customers think so too.

I am Jerry Bronderslev, the IT manager for Pedata RV Center in Tucson, Arizona. In 2001, Pedata RV Center was looking for ways to increase business and since I came from a computer background we decided to start putting motor homes on the internet.
We contacted RVUSA and after visiting with them decided that they would do the best job for us. I have worked with Cindy Spencer since the beginning and she is very good at returning my calls and the calls of Clint Ethington which is our General Manager. Between the 3 of us, myself, Clint and Cindy we have grown the internet business for Pedata RV 5 times larger than it was the first year we started it. We now get over 4,000 hits per day on our sites and during the summer months over 75% of our sales are from the internet. We were one of the early pioneers in this type of business and RVUSA has been with us since the beginning. We can now do virtual tours and sales keep increasing due to our presence on the internet.
As with any startup adventure we had some bumps in the road but RVUSA and Cindy were always there with us figuring out the best way to solve the problem. Today we depend on the internet for the largest part of our business and see it going nowhere but up and forward. We are comfortable that we can stay on the cutting edge of technology and RVUSA will remain our main support system for our internet business.
